Most of our leagues are open to all skill levels from the beginner to the more competitive advanced participant and all are coed only. With eleven different coed leagues playing throughout the year Urban Rec sports legues are a great way to get active, be social and have fun.

Urban Rec offers both team and individual registration in all sports to allow everyone to become involved even if you don’t know other people that want to play in the same sport that you want to play. So grab your friends and form a team or branch out and join one of our individuals teams and meet new people. You get to select your league location, skill level and night of play – it is that easy
